I finished my new 2017 calendar and am so excited to show you all the images! Half of them are some of your favourites from the last year, the other half are brand new and shot especially for this project! Like in the title pic on the left I made lots of costumes for these photo shoots and so hope you like the mix of fantasy, gothic, burlesque and beauty shots!
Thanks SO MUCH to everyone who helped me to create these photos and of course to everyone who supports me and my work! As a thank you I will give you an extra A4 print on top with every calendar until september 15th

I am always so happy when you guys use my stock photos and I love to see the beautiful artworks you make with them. And now that I have your attention I have to tell you that there won't be any nude stocks - but PLEASE read what I have to say!

Please make sure to read the rules that I wrote down under the photos and on my front page and please credit me and the designers I wrote down there properly.
Pretty much every day I get messages from people saying someone used my works without permission, especially when works are uploaded to facebook - a link to the original photo would help to avoid confusion! (And if you post it somewhere else I do not mean a link to your dA page where people could go search for credits - no one does! Please add proper credits!)
Also, if you just tag my la-esmeralda profile or my fb fanpage (which would be at least something...) people think it is okay to just take and edit my artworks that I post here. Please always link back to this stock account and if I ask to link back to a designer who gave me a dress for a shoot please respect that, too! This is all clearly written in my rules already and you could just read the description of my photos. I give these photos away for free but I get the feeling that people never read the terms or do not care.

Of course I don't mean all of you with this and I am sure only the people who actually care anyway will read this post but I think it is just a thing of respect to accept my terms of use. If you can't accept them and don't want to credit me or whatever, please just don't use them.

Thanks a million for the Daily Deviation! I was positively surprised today when I saw my photo on the front page

I just heard that some photos of me appeared in a book and a calendar that were published by the publishing house Otus, they are from Switzerland. One of these pics is from a real photo shoot and I wrote in the description that it is NOT for commercial use so I am a bit surprised that someone found it in a calendar...
My rules say that I want to be asked for every commercial usage, that I sell my photos for commercial things and that I want to be credited as well. I don't have any calendar or book yet but saw photos of them and it seems like the illustrator forgot to credit me or to ask me at all.
So I was just wondering if anyone of you ever heard of similar cases? Please check their stuff, maybe you find other works with your photos in their books / calendars. If you do and want to do anything about it, feel free to send me a message!

I am always a very relaxed person but I won't accept it if anyone is selling my stuff without permisson.
